Atlantic Ocean safari with RIB (NEW!)  

A 1-hour tour can start and end at Strømsholmen and includes a ride across the tidal current Vevangstrømmen, Hustadvika, Kvitholmen lighthouse and the Atlantic Ocean Road. Floating overall, life vest and glasses are included (gloves if necessary).

It’s also possible to start the tour from the centre of Kristiansund, close to the cruise ship berth. This implies additional costs for transporting the RIB.

The centre has 2 RIB boats available, each with a capacity of 12 persons (max. 24 persons per tour, several tours in one day is possible).

Seal safari

Join Strømsholmen Sea Sport Centre for a memorable seal safari. From Strømsholmen, about a half-hour trip on the 27 foot boat «Hårek» to Orskjæra, where the seals have their colony. You can snorkel with the seals or watch them from the boat. An exciting experience for all ages.

Diving

Strømsholmen offers an Eldorado for sports divers, with more than 100 dive sites within short range. The area offers great diving in crystal clear waters, giant kelp forests, numerous wrecks, a rich marine life, drop-off and white, sandy sea beds. The flora and fauna here are both abundant and diverse, due to the warm Gulf Stream, and can compete with anything found elsewhere in Europe.

Included: Boat to dive site, 1 dive and equipment. Dive master on request.
Note: Suitable for certified divers only (PADI, CMAS and other legal certification)
